Our company cooperates with General Postal AEE for shipping its products to Greece and Cyprus and ensures that every order reaches you safely, within one to three working days . Weekends, public and bank holidays are NOT considered working days. The company not responsible for delays due to strikes of various professional branches.

For purchases of 300 euros and above , shipping is free. For orders below 300 euros , you are charged with Shipping Costs which amount to 5 euros, for orders within Greece, regardless of destination and to 15 euros for orders from Cyprus.

Pay on delivery

To ship with pay on delivery to Greece , regardless of destination, the surcharge on the basic charge amounts to €4.00.

To ship with cash on delivery to Cyprus , the surcharge on the basic charge amounts to €5.00.

Upon receipt, check your package and make sure your order is correct and in perfect condition. In case of wrong quantity or defective product, you must inform us immediately by phone (241 111 0298) or by email (info@studiomaska.com)

Returns are accepted when made within a period 14 days from the receipt of the parcel. The return of the parcel is carried out with the General Postal Service AEE at the expense of the customer (a special price has been secured by us €1.50 ) All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without the special markings (tags/barcode) removed. Otherwise, they will be sent back to the customer, at his charge for the return cost. The same applies to products that are returned soiled or damaged.

For reasons of hygiene, no changes are made products belonging to the following categories:

• Earrings
• Underwear

No changes are made also on discount products.

Product replacement

In case you wish change simply in color or size some clothing or even replacement with another product , then you must inform us by phone (241 111 0298) or by email (info@studiomaska.gr) within 14 days from receipt of the parcel. If the change is made through General Post AEE, it includes shipping costs of €1.50. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without the special markings (tags/barcode) removed. Otherwise, they will be sent back to the customer, at his charge for the return cost. The same applies to products that are returned soiled or damaged.

Choose the payment method that works best for you:

1. With cash on delivery : Pay the shipping clerk upon receipt of your order. Payment is made in cash. Cash on delivery costs €4 for orders within Greece and €5 for orders from Cyprus.

3. With Paypal : The Paypal service is one of the safest payment and money transfer methods.

Do not forget to write in the comments of the deposit the name you used in the order, as well as the order code you will receive through the e-shop.

When you have completed the deposit please forward us the bank receipt by email to info@ studiomaska.com or call us on 241 053 5070 to let us know the deposit has been made. A necessary condition for the products to be shipped is the confirmation of the deposit of the order amount.
